Mark Twain Reader Reward Field Trip to Neighborhood Reads. These 5 kids read a whopping 12 chapter books this year. They took a field trip today and each picked our their own book to keep!

Yesterday was also a day for celebration! We had some extra special speakers talk about some extra special people! Mr. Bob Nantz, Mrs. Joette Nowak and Mrs. Barb Placht will be retiring at the end of this year.
We are so appreciative of all their dedication. They will all be greatly missed!

1st grade produced and performed their own plays featuring recent books they've read: 3 Little Pigs, 3 Billy Goats Gruff and the Gingerbread Man. ENCORE!
