You must complete the Required Annual Update in order to view the information in the Parent Portal. The Parent Portal will be active with current information about the 24-25 school year later this summer.

We will be using email to communicate all Campus information. Check that your email is current in the Tyler parent portal. If it is not, contact a school office to have your address updated. This will ensure accurate records are in Campus.

Campus vs. IC: Due to already having an IC in town and to avoid confusion with it, along with what the CEO prefers the program to be called, Infinite Campus will be called Campus.

The Union R-XI School District believes parents/guardians should have access to the district network in order to obtain and make changes to official information pertaining to their family. This access is restricted to authorized users for official purposes only. Care must be exercised to ensure passwords and private data are secure and that unauthorized users are not permitted to access or make changes to their family’s personal information. Passwords are not to be shared or recorded in any location that is accessible to unauthorized personnel.

Once you have completed the Required Annual Update and the 2024-2025 school year begins, you will have access to the Campus Portal which is a confidential and secure website that allows parents/guardians to log in and view their child's progress in school.

Logging into the Campus Portal will allow you to view the following real-time information about your child including:
